2. Promotion Period: The promotion starts on 10 April 2025 and ends on 26 April at 11:59pm AEST.

3. Eligibility:

• Open to:

Individuals over 18 years of age, located or able to travel to agreed photoshoot location within 1 hour of Ballan, Victoria 3342.

• Excluding:

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.

4. How to Enter:

• To enter, participants must:

o   Submit the entry form.

• Multiple entries: Multiple entries are calculated when participants: follow the Promoters Instagram, Facebook, like the post, tag friends, share with friends.

5. Prize:

• The prize is 2 x Mini sessions.

• Value: $200

• Terms of the prize: One mini session available per participant. The prize must be redeemed by 30 October 2025.

6. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected from all eligible entries, by Regards Riggs.

• The winner will be notified via email.

• The winner must claim the prize within 48 hours of being notified.

7. Use of Photos:

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree that the Promoter may use the photos for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Participants grant the Promoter royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the photos.

8. General:

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, network problems, or other factors that may prevent participants from entering the giveaway.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

• The promoter is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta.
