Photos will be available in your online gallery 2 weeks after the photo session. Photos must be downloaded within one month of being delivered.

When you are ready to book your session, fill out the booking form here. I will contact you with any questions I have, along with a session fee invoice to lock in your dates!

Your Session Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your dates. Your time slot will be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.

For Mini Sessions, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Full payment is required by the session date.

I include travel fees as described in the Session Fees. For travel outside of this, please contact me to discuss.

My sessions are conducted in the early morning or evening, in what is known as the “golden hour”. This is when light is the softest and produces a beautiful warm glow to photos. Shooting in the middle of the day is not recommended as the intensity of the sunlight produces harsh shadows.

Locations with lots of greenery and wide open spaces are ideal. If you have a location in mind, send me through some photos and I can advise on suitability. If you are comfortable floating your horse, I can offer alternate locations that work for all of us (you, me and your horse/s).

Your horse should be washed and groomed and ready to strut their stuff. They should be clean and dry. Let me know if there are any blemishes or scars you’d like to try cover (I may be able to cover using photoshop).

Tack (bridle, halter, saddle) should all be clean, neat and in good condition. If you would like the horse to look at liberty, use a thin halter or neck rope.

Neutrals are your friend. Busy patterns and colours can distract from you and your horse.

Flowy and soft materials are best. Think natural wools, cotton, linens and silk. Materials where you can see movement.

A blouse, jeans and boots, or a flowy dress are perfect options.

When choosing an outfit, pick something that symbolises you.

I will also provide guidance on outfits depending on session locations and the look you are after.
